2 oz Pura Vida Mezcal
1 oz Demerera Syrup
2 Dashes Chocolate Mole Bitters
Garnish: Orange twist, Mexican Chocolate (grated)
Add Mezcal and syrup to a double old fashioned glass. Add two dashes of bitters, ice, and stir. Twist orange peel over drink (expressing orange oil over the glass), rub the twist around the glass, and drop in drink. Grate chocolate over drink and enjoy!
