Try this sweet, honey twist on a classic whiskey sour. It’s perfect for a warm summer night.
1.75 oz Johnny Walker Black
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz Ginger Syrup
1 Bar Spoon Lagavulin or another peaty scotch
Garnish: Lemon wedge, candied ginger
Add Scotch, lemon juice, and ginger syrup to an ice filled shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and strain into a rocks glass. Add ice and top with bar spoon of Lagavulin. Garnish with candied ginger and lemon wedge.
