Division President, Conference Centers & Hotels
Neil Gardner has over thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry in both Europe and North America. His career spans various levels of management culminating in Division President for FLIK Hospitality Group. Relevant experience includes Corporate, Day and Residential Hotel properties for a large portfolio of clients including Fortune 500 Companies and Educational Institutions.
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Donna Wang has been in the hospitality business for her entire career, with both commercial and non-commercial experience. In addition to her current experience with FLIK Hospitality Group, Donna has prior experience with Host Marriott, Sodexo and in the private sector. In her role she leads the growth strategy and liaises with owners and clients to develop unique solutions leading to long term management contracts.
Vice President of Operations
Sean has over 25 years of experience in the Food, Beverage, Hotel and Conference Center Industry. Sean has managed construction, renovation and openings of hotels, conference centers and restaurants since 1999. In these 15 years, his projects have included guest rooms, public space, conference space, restaurants and bars and airport lounges. Sean is currently Vice President of Operations for the Conference Centers & Hotels Division, overseeing residential, non-residential and corporate properties.

Lundy’s hospitality career began right out of college, becoming the General Manager at one of the oldest private sports clubs in Toronto, The High Park Club. Joining FLIK in 2005, he currently oversees operations for residential, non-residential and corporate properties, and is active in the technology area, acting as a liaison with Waveguide to our current portfolio, and leading our technology committee.
Patti has over 25 years of hotel and conference center management. She joined FLIK in 2005 and is currently the Regional Director of Operations overseeing hotels and non-residential conference centers across the US. Patti inspires a service excellence mindset and delivers customer-focused training to a diverse audience across the division.
Director of Design & Development, Capital Projects & Hotel Operations
Tom has been with FLIK since 2007 and oversees the Design and Development division for FLIK Conference Centers and Hotels. As Director of Design & Development, Tom leads our pre-opening and renovation efforts working with architects and building consultants to ensure a beautiful and efficient use of space.
Sr. Director, Human Resources
Erica currently leads the FLIK Human Resources team. She joined Compass Group in 2013, supporting various foodservice clients, facility management clients and business development. Erica has concentrated on sharing our people-focused solutions of today and the future with potential clients and partners.
